When booking with us you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions and Park Rules.

Please read these carefully as they have been updated for 2023/24

Payment Policy:

Full payment is required to secure all bookings. (Unless otherwise stated)

All credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard)attract a 2% processing fee.

Cancellation Policies:

Our cancellation terms are not negotiable. We recommend that guests have travel insurance. Please note that third party websites have different cancellation policies and any requests must be made directly with the agent you booked with.

For General Bookings:

Cancellations received 72 hours or more before midday on the booked date of arrival will receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

All nights and guests booked must be paid for. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures. This includes, but is not limited to, inclement weather and  circumstances beyond our control.

For Group and School Bookings:

The deposit amount is non refundable and non transferable. Any changes made to confirmed group bookings will incur an admin fee.

Cancellations received within 7 days of the arrival date are non refundable and full charges will apply.

 

For Peak Season (20 Dec-08 Feb), Long weekend and Event Weekend bookings:

Peak Season bookings cancelled up to and including October 31st are fully refundable. After which the booking total is NON-REFUNDABLE. (Full charges will apply).

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations for Long weekend and Event weekend bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Full charges will apply)

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

Check- in is from 2.00pm until the office closes, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Gates are locked from 10.00pm until 7.00am. (Pedestrian access only)

Check-out is by 10:00am. Late check-out is by prior arrangement only. Extra charges will apply.

Bookings are not transferable, the person named on the reservation must be onsite for the duration of the stay and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors for that unit/site.

Management retains the right to alter Cabin/Site arrangement if required.

Any changes to confirmed bookings will incur a $20 administration fee.

All rooms must be left in a tidy state including all dishes washed, dried and put away. Any units left in an unacceptable way will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $60.00.

The Park reserves the right to cancel any booking where alterations to original booking dates do not meet minimum requirements. 

All visitors must report to the office on arrival.

Management reserves the right of entry at all times.

Guests and their visitors are required to abide by all Park Rules. These are available just below and displayed throughout the Park.

Gang Insignia:  Gang Insignia including patches must not be worn or displayed in the Park.

Offensive language, anti-social behaviour, inappropriate clothing or offensive vehicle advertising will not be tolerated.

Management will remove offenders from the Park, no refund will be made.

Caravans and Campervans must have a current electrical warrant of fitness to plug into our power.  Tents or vans connected to power may only do so with an approved RCD round 3 pin camping cord (This must be current and tagged as tested). These will be checked on arrival and/or at any time during your stay. No pets are permitted in the park at any time. This also applies to all visitors.

Park Rules:

Please take the time to read these as we want everyone to have a memorable time – for all the right reasons!

Gang Insignia:  Gang Insignia including patches must not be worn or displayed in the Park.

Alcohol is to be consumed in your unit/on your site only. Excess drinking and parties are not permitted. No alcohol in the kitchens, TV/Common room or swimming pool.

All of our Units and amenity blocks are smoke-free areas. Please use the Smokers bins placed around the Park to safely dispose of your butts.

All rooms must be left in a tidy state including all dishes washed, dried and put away. Any units left in an unacceptable way will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $60.00.

If you are riding/driving anything with wheels then it is WALKING PACE ONLY around the park. No vehicle/bike movements after 10.00pm.

Helmets must be worn if riding scooters/bikes. No helmet – no riding!

Vehicles are to be parked directly in front of your accommodation (one car per Unit) or within your site boundaries. DO NOT PARK in the green spaces/on other camp sites/in driveways. Excess vehicles need to be parked outside of the grounds.

Parents need to actively supervise their children at all times. This includes whilst in the ablution blocks, TV room, kitchen, pool and playground areas.

Children are not permitted in the Boat Park without parental supervision.

We do not allow open fires, charcoal barbeques or fireworks at any time.

Quiet time is between 10.30pm and 7.00am. No music after 10.00pm. Please ensure that your gatherings are finished and visitors have gone home by 10.00pm.

Any offensive behaviour, excessive drinking or foul language will not be tolerated.

If you are heading out for an early morning fish then please do so quietly. Remember that the gates are locked until 7.00am. You may need to Park outside.

No pets are permitted in the park at any time. This also applies to all visitors.

All Visitors are to park outside of the Park and must register at the office on arrival. Visitors are the responsibility of the registered guest. Exit by 10.00pm. Fees apply.

Overnight guests must register and pay at the office before entering the park.  Management reserves the right to limit numbers into the park or to refuse entry.

Dump Station. This is located to the back of the park. DO NOT empty canisters  into the toilets. It is for Registered guests only.

If you breach any of these rules you (and your friends) may be asked to leave, without a refund.
