Payment Policy
*All nights booked must be paid for, full payment for your stay is due on arrival. No refunds for early departure or late arrival. Payments made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are subject to a 2% processing fee.
*Prices may be subject to change without prior notification
*Management retains the right to alter Cabin/Site arrangement if required. Management reserves the right of entry at all times. Check out strictly 10:00am.
*Bookings are not transferrable, the person named on the reservation must be onsite for the duration of the stay & is ultimately responsible for all occupants & visitors for that unit/site
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Credit cards held in lieu - less than 14 days notice of cancellation will be charged 1 nights accommodation, after 14 days notice all cancellations card will be charged $20 booking fee. Any changes to confirmed bookings will incur a $20 admin fee.
Peak Season cancellation - 20 Dec-31 January. All deposits are non-refundable. Less than 1 months notice will be charged 1nights accommodation. The Park reserves the right to cancel any booking if alterations to original booking dates are requested.
Child Policy
Children are welcome. Parental control is expected at all times. Swimming Pool - Children under 9 must be supervised by an adult at all times. TV/Internet Room - is not a playroom & all children must be supervised.
Other
Mercury Bay Holiday Park strictly enforces the Standard HAPNZ rules; we expect our guests to respect quiet times, walking speed only in the Park, and sensible alcohol consumption and behaviour
Camping Sites: Max 6 adults/site (management discretion). Accommodation: Max bed occupancy only
Pets are not permitted in the Park.
