Camp Site

On average our camping sites are 12x9 mtrs! That?s plenty of room for setting up a large tent, motor home or caravan, gazebo and parking the car. Each site has power and water.
There is a maximum of 6 adults to a site - at management descretion.
One vehicle per site only. Boats are charged at $2 per day for wash down and fish filleting facilities.
Hot showers are available on NZ$1 coins.

Caravan

In keeping with traditional kiwiana camping! We have caravans available. This caravan has a sink with cold water, small fridge and all crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Caravan - With Awning

In keeping with traditional kiwiana camping! This caravan has a sink with hot and cold water, large fridge/freezer and all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The communal kitchen and bathroom facilities are located close by. Showers are available on NZ$1 coins.

Bedding and linen is not provided, but is available for hire.

Ensuite Caravan

All the comforts of home, compacted into this 26ft Timberlodge Caravan. It has hot and cold water, microwave, fridge/freezer, small TV/DVD and all crockery, cutlery and glassware provided. It even has its own heating/air conditioning! The Van has its own toilet and shower.

Kitchen Unit

Units are provided with bottom sheets, pillows and pillow slips only. Guests bring all bedding and towels, or hire from the office.

These cabins all share communal bathroom facilities and the TV/Internet/games room is located close by.

The chalet is stand alone and features a deck with outdoor furniture. Located away from childrens playground/swimming pool and road traffic for those wanting a quieter stay.

NB: the Chalet deck is not enclosed so this accommodation is not suitable for pre-school children.

Boat & Truck Parking

We have dedicated parking facilities equipped with a concrete pad for wash down and a sink for fish cleaning/filleting.
Boat parking is not permitted outside accommodation units and a boat park must be booked.
Boats with tote fuel tanks are not permitted to park on campsites, a boat park must be booked.
Parking must be pre-booked during peak season.
Boat parking cannot be booked for camping or second vehicles.
